HOPE’s Food Pantry is open serving clients Tues. 9am-2pm, Wed. 9am-12pm, and Thursday 9am-2pm. The HOPE Chest is open Monday-Saturday 9 am-5 pm. Donations for The HOPE Chest are accepted until 4:00 pm. Please check updates on our Facebook HOPE Helps, Inc
HOPE Helps, Inc’s mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida by equipping individuals and families to become self-sufficient through Housing, Outreach, Prevention, and Education.
You will need the following documents to apply for assistance:
- Valid Photo ID for adult in the household
- Lease Agreement or Mortgage Statement
- Utility Bill (if requisition utility assistance)
- Documentation of hardship (job loss letter, proof of unemployment, reduced hours at work or furlough letter)
Please note that this assistance is limited to one time only and not on-going.
*Immediate financial assistance is not available through this office.
The Division of Community Assistance offers financial help to Seminole County residents who have experienced an unexpected financial hardship for Rent, Mortgage, Utilities (Electric, Water & Gas) and for Rental & Utility Security Deposits. We also provide assistance for Dental and Training.
This office does not provide Emergency Assistance.
