This pandemic has brought a lot of uncertainty. Sometimes our food pantry is stocked and sustains us for a couple of weeks and then the wave hits as more and more folk need help. It is true that some parts of our local economy are opening up and some folk will go back to work. However, those who work in areas connected to the travel industry may never recover their jobs or it will be a long time coming. In the meantime, these workers are trying to get unemployment to no avail and are now feeling the effects financially.
We also assist with resources in mental health, and financial help, and we do weekly HIV Testing on-site as well. Help us create The Beloved Community of Jubilee in our neighborhood
We are ministering to these friends and neighbors. We still need your help, though quarantine is being lifted, the economic effects are not. Thank you for your generous help and please don’t forget us because something normal is setting in.
If you need food, want to drop off donations, or believe that God is leading you to help, please contact us.
