The lead agency for the HUD Continuum of Care FL-507 for the area including Osceola, Seminole and Orange Counties, including the Cities of Orlando, Kissimmee, and Sanford.
The Veteran program managed by HSN, funded by the Department of Veterans Affairs, is the Support Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program, founded upon the principle that every Veteran has a right to housing. The housing for homeless youth is provided through two interventions, the first is Rapid Rehousing for Youth or RRH-Y and the second is the Rights of Passage Apartment Living (ROPAL) Transitional Housing program.
