Farm To Trunk improves the well-being and self-sufficiency of communities in central /central coastal Florida by providing healthy, wholesome food for the food insecure households; by reducing and redirecting food loss and waste through partnering with organic growers/farmers/makers to ensure they have a dependable distribution for their fresh, seasonal produce and handcrafted products; and by investing in and building alliances with ‘seedling’ businesses products ensuring local market growth so that the community not merely survives but thrives.
